Do I have to renew my subscription?
You don't have any obligation to renew your subscription. The publisher or OxygenMedia will invite you to renew it.
How can OxygenMedia offer these exceptionnal rates?
OxygenMedia negotiates with publisher in order to obtain the best prices. For the publisher it's a unique way to have students and teachers get to know their titles. They know that in this way, you will be convinced by the added value of their magazine and become a loyal reader.
Can I suspend my subscription?
A simple e-mail, phone-call or letter is enough to have your subscription suspended during your holidays, traineeships ...
Do I have to pay online?
Yes, this proved to be the most convenient way of payment as manual banktranfers are more complicated and take more time. In order to guarantee a fast, reliable and secure payment and fulfilment of your order, OxygenMedia works with Ogone for its online payments.
When will I receive my first issue?
Once your payment has been recorded, OxygenMedia will instruct the publisher to start your subscription. For most of the publications it will take 2-3 weeks (for National Geographic it can take up to 8 weeks) to receive your first issue, of course, your subscription period starts with that first received issue. All subscriptions will be delivered to the address of your choice. You can fill in your details necessary to complete your order.
Are these offers valid throughout the academic year?
Yes, although exceptionnaly from time to time a publisher can change his prices. But, however, the rates on the site are always (except in the case of errors) valid. If you have already paid your subscription, no extra charge or change can be made even if the newsstand (cover) price increases.

Does OxygenMedia respect your privacy?
All the information provided is needed to fulfil your order correctly and will be shared with the concerned publisher(s). You can at any moment demand to view, change or remove it. We will not pass your information to third parties.
Why do you need my e-mail address? In order to offer a rapid and efficient service, OxygenMedia uses the internet as much as possible. We will send you confirmation, payment instructions, offers, ... without paper being wasted. Please make sure that you 'white-list' oxygenmedia.ie, oxygen.ie, 4uCampus.com and 4uCampus.be in your mail-programmes to be sure that you receive our messages. Of course OxygenMedia respects all the laws and the best practices concerning the use of your e-mail address.
How can I pay my subscription? After you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the Ogone website for the online payment.
What is the promocode? The promocode helps us with the treatment of your order (but is not compulsory or obligatory). It helps us indicate from which catalogue you ordered. If you order with a catalogue on hand, you will find it on the back of the catalogue.
Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, if there is any chance you would like to cancel your subscription, simply send an email to oxygenmedia@oxygen.ie and we will contact the publishers and cancel your subscription. The money will then be refunded to you for the issues you will now not receive.
